no background-image with large tables across multiple pages and :position => :center

Hi,
We use prawn to render documents containing background-images and
tables of variable length.
We are using the prawn gems: prawn 0.4.1, prawn-layout 0.1.0,
prawn-format 0.1.1
I noticed that if a table is rendered across multiple pages the background image is rendered only on the first page. Tis happens only if we pass the parameter :position => :center
