Allow custom page sizes

Very simple and small patch for allowing page sizes not in the PageGeometry table.

Thanks Mikko, I'll apply this over the weekend.
In the future, the best way to submit patches might be to use github.com/sandal/prawn to create a fork of your own and then just send along a pull request.
Of course, I'll take diffs, too. Cool stuff.
